Job Title: Business Head LATAM

Location: Corporate Office Gurgaon / Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To head the P& L for Africa business
• Business expansion in existing markets by market development, registering and launching
• new products and ensuring growth of existing product range as per corporate requirements
• To initiate business across new geographies in Africa by strategically shortlisting
• products/partners and business models
• To identify and capitalize of potential acquisition opportunities in coordination with the
• corporate team
• To ensure achievement of annual sales and profitability objectives
• Manage internal and external customers to ensure realization of business objectives
• Build EMIL brand as a reliable and long term player in Africa market

Reporting Grid: Reports to the CEO of the company

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should be a science/pharmacy graduate with management qualifications.
• He must possess experience of not less than 12-14 years working in Africa market in the
• pharmaceutical business sector.
• He should have handled a business of USD 7-10 million and above.
• He should have travelled extensively across Africa Markets
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an added advantage.
• He should be willing to travel extensively.

Salary: Negotiable for ideal candidate
