Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our OTC (Over-the-Counter) or Nutraceuticals business with a strong emphasis on eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing digital strategies, and scaling operations in the health and wellness sector. This role requires a blend of leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of both the eCommerce and nutraceutical markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategies in alignment with market trends and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization.

eCommerce Growth

• Oversee the development and execution of the eCommerce strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Expand into new markets and platforms, including DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and B2B channels.

Product Development & Compliance

• Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and bring to market high-quality, compliant OTC and nutraceutical products.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all markets and regions.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Drive profitability by optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Present financial and operational performance updates to the board of directors and stakeholders.

Team Building & Culture

• Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive fundraising efforts, if applicable, and ensure transparency in communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in the OTC, nutraceutical, or health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record in scaling eCommerce operations and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, product development, and market expansion.
