Job Summary:

The Area Business Manager (ABM) will oversee sales operations, team management, and business development in the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies in Jaipur/Kota and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Medical Representatives (as applicable).
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to monitor progress.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Market Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Execute promotional activities, including campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Gather market intelligence and provide inputs for strategic planning.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Cardio or general segment (pharma).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
