Job Description

• Strong Acumen for Market Intelligence, Research of Chemical Industry (Local & Global)
• Attend Chemical Industry Related Seminars, Record Knowledge gained from such seminars and brief management
• Understands Accounts, Understands P&L Reports
• Can prepare summary reports from Company Balance Sheets
• Can make meaningful presentations from information gathered through research
• Organizing Documents, Informations, Research Papers, White Papers
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

Executive Assistant Requirements:

• B.E (Chemical / Mechanical), MBA with 3 to 5 yrs of experience (preferably EA to site head) / Process Engineer / Data Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst / Project Management.
• Understanding of the Chemical Industry
• In-depth understanding & practical knowledge of entire MS Office suite.
• Strong with Numbers.
• Understand Financial Statements
• Ability to organize prioritize.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
