Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Global Compensation, Benefits, PMS & Rewards to design, implement, and manage competitive and equitable total rewards strategies across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, performance management systems (PMS), and rewards programs while ensuring compliance with international labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent globally.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking

  • Develop and implement global compensation structures aligned with business strategy and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis using compensation surveys and industry data.
  • Design and manage job evaluation frameworks, salary bands, and grading structures across different geographies.

2. Incentives & Rewards Programs

  • Develop and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans (bonuses, stock options, retention plans, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment of total rewards programs with business performance and employee engagement goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate incentive effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

3. Benefits Administration & Compliance

  • Design and oversee global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and perks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits requirements across different countries.
  • Stay updated on global compensation and benefits trends, ensuring competitive offerings in each market.

4. Performance Management & Rewards

  • Support the design and execution of performance management systems (PMS), linking pay to performance.
  • Manage annual performance review cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
  • Develop and oversee rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Align total rewards programs with business performance and employee productivity.

5. Compensation Governance & Policies

  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, frameworks, and governance models for multiple regions.
  • Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure pay equity, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance on compensation decisions for promotions, transfers, and new hires across locations.

6. Global Mobility & Expatriate Compensation

  • Manage compensation structures for expatriates, international assignments, and remote workers.
  • Develop relocation policies, allowances, and taxation considerations for cross-border workforce mobility.

7. Data Analytics & Stakeholder Management

  • Leverage HR analytics to assess pay competitiveness, forecast compensation trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external consultants to align total rewards with company goals.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for C-suite executives and compensation committees.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, PMS, and Rewards, with global exposure.
  • Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, incentive design, benefits administration, and PMS implementation.
  • Knowledge of global compensation laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with compensation surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.) and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage pay equity, performance-linked rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
