Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MBBS Doctor with 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitals or

polyclinics. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, patient management expertise, and a

proactive approach to healthcare services. A background in business development and patient

interactions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient consultations and primary healthcare services.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage common illnesses and chronic conditions.

• Guide patients on preventive healthcare, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

• Coordinate with specialists and refer patients as needed.

• Conduct home visits for patient care and follow-ups.

• Engage in business development activities such as promoting healthcare services and building patient trust.

• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with medical protocols.

• Participate in health camps, community outreach programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.

• Collaborate with hospital staff and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.

• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital, polyclinic, or similar setup.

• Experience in patient consultation, home visits, and chronic disease management.

• Basic knowledge of business development and healthcare promotion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations if required.

• Willingness to travel locally for home visits and consultations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with telemedicine or digital health platforms.

• Knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with insurance and corporate healthcare tie-ups.
