Assistant Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive growth, and support new product launches.
• Brand Management:
  Strengthen brand identity by ensuring consistency in packaging, logos, and marketing materials, while collaborating with creative agencies.
• Digital Marketing:
  Manage social media accounts, optimize digital campaigns, oversee the website, and enhance online presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• CSR Initiatives:
  Plan and execute impactful CSR programs in collaboration with community organizations to build goodwill.
• Market Research & Analysis:
  Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competition, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Coordinate with sales, production, and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and recommend improvements based on ROI insights.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 6-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, MS Office Suite, and marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
