JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills and Competencies

Experienced in and understanding of structured finance modelling
Good Analytical skills with fast thinking
Able to interpret and analyse legal documents
Contribute with initiatives and ability to lead projects
Attention to detail skills
Team player with ability to work and push themselves in tight deliverable schedule

Education
Masters degree is a must. Any add on courses are plus.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be tasked to build new financial models on Moody s proprietary tool and work on remediation project as per client s or business needs. Candidate will be required to demonstrate high performance on daily basis with good leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:
Build, develop and troubleshoot quantitative financial models for a variety of structured finance asset classes, including ABS, CMBS, RMBS which are used by clients to analyse their portfolios.
Support client relationships by supporting structured finance cash flow models and data and performing analysis of fixed-income portfolios Highlight the scope and complexity of duties performed.

Our modeling team is responsible for supporting client sales desk team by building financial models and managing data.
