Centrum Wealth Management - Structured Products Role (3-6 yrs)

1. Product knowledge & understanding the product life cycle especially Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) & Market Linked debentures (MLDs). Ability to ideate the same if in need of an In-House Issuer especially the understanding of PR products. Process orientation and attention on Risk Management using derivatives - if needed. Ready to carry out day to day operations for trade execution

2. In-depth understanding of the Structured Products and Fixed Income segments by reading and preparing the Term Sheets and product decks and able to explain the same to Sales Team. Performing payoff calculation and quantitative analysis including Scenario Analysis, back testing.

3. Awareness of the basic Portfolio check and open to have the conversations with clients with right pitch of the own product and can advise them for the product fitment including IPS.

4. Market regulatory framework awareness is must, understanding of credit ratings of products. Ability to analyse the Third-Party MLDs in terms of the fundamental analysis & Credit analysis and able to prepare the credit memo.

5. Ability to co-ordinate with In-House issuers & operations team and understanding of basic Corporate Actions. Record keeping of all the past trades issued till date. Tracking & preparing valuations of MLDs & NCDs and facilitating Sales Team for early unwinds.

6. Basic Microsoft skills required, mostly office & excel
