- Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

- Evaluate the success of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make data-driven improvements.

- Create and maintain a robust learning and development framework that encourages continuous learning and personal growth.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and organization development to ensure innovative and relevant training approaches.

- Support the development of career growth paths and succession planning initiatives for employees.

- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to learning and development.
