Monarch group of Hotels spread across Navi Mumbai and Pune region is looking for a Dynamic individuals to take care of its room sales for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Plan, organize, and host site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's facilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the hotel's market and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
