1. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in local, regional, and national markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Promote the hotels services to potential clients, including meeting planners, corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Create and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize long-term revenue potential.
Meet regularly with clients to maintain rapport and understand their needs.
Provide personalized service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct hotel site inspections, presentations, and tailored proposals for clients, showcasing the hotels facilities, services, and packages.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients in line with the hotels guidelines and revenue targets.
Track client feedback and ensure expectations are met during and after their stay or event. 4. Monitor competitor activities and trends in the market.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, lead conversion, and performance.
Present forecasts, sales updates, and market intelligence to senior management. 5. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the hotels reach and network.
Represent the hotel at community events, industry gatherings, and networking opportunities to build visibility and drive sales. 6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings, meetings, and events.7. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Hotel Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new business, maintaining existing accounts, and building lasting relationships with clients in the local market. You will represent our hotel brand, build relationships with potential clients, and actively seek opportunities to generate business in both corporate and leisure sectors.
