Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in promotions or event management in the FMCG industry.
  
• Strong understanding of brand awareness principles and ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders (internal & external).
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions & data analysis.
