Export Documentation & Shipment Tracking Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation & Shipment Tracking Executive to manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and ACCS tracking for customers in Dubai and India. The ideal candidate should have experience in international trade, shipping operations, and customer coordination.

Role & responsibilities

• ACCS Tracking & Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments using ACCS (Advance Cargo & Customs System) and ensure timely updates.
• Export Documentation: Prepare & verify invoices, packing lists, COO, Bill of Lading, etc.
• Customs & Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and EXIM policies.
• Shipment Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
• Customer Communication: Provide real-time updates and resolve shipment-related queries.
• Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain shipment records and prepare compliance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1-8 years in export documentation, shipment tracking, or logistics.
• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
• Skills: Expertise in ACCS Tracking, Export Documentation, Customs Clearance, INCOTERMS, Freight Forwarding.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP (Logistics Module) is a plus.
• Strong Communication: Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate effectively.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to Dubai for the role.
