Customer Service Executive

• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation needs, and updates on import regulations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide pre-alerts and shipment updates, ensuring clients are informed about schedules and delivery timelines.
• Prepare, verify, and process essential sea import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, Certificate of Origin, and pre-alerts.
• Ensure documents comply with customs, EPCG and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coordinate Bank Guarantee, documentation related to duty exemptions or other import obligations.
• Should have good communication skills & must have a thorough knowledge of the export customs clearance process & Customs notifications, tariffs, licenses, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Customers, shipping lines, and Forwarders for executing the shipments.
• Coordinate with transporter for delivering sound and complete cargo in respective CFS.
• Coordinate with documentation and operation team for filing the documents and Import customs clearance.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with import/export and customs procedures.
• Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and freight forwarding operations.
• Candidate having Logisys knowledge preferred.
