Roles & Responsibilities of a Sr.Manager - HR

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

3. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

4. Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop training and career development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

5. Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Manage employee benefits and rewards programs.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws.

6. Compliance & Labor Law Adherence

  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle workplace safety and compliance with health standards.
