Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and ensure timely joining formalities.
  
• Handle payroll processing, salary negotiations, and statutory compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate induction programs and performance appraisals to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
  
• Perform generalistic HR activities such as training & development initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or human resources role with a focus on industrial relations.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in Kannada language is essential; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
