Digital Marketing executive (should know kannada writing)

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, and other online platforms.
• Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO ranking and organic traffic.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to enhance audience engagement.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance user experience and branding.
• Manage and optimize the companys social media presence (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must know to Read, Write and Speak in Kannada.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
