Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products by designing, developing, testing, and launching innovative solutions for agricultural equipment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product requirements and develop prototypes that meet customer needs.
  
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry standards to inform product development decisions.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet quality standards through effective project management skills.
  
• Provide technical support during the entire lifecycle of a product from concept to launch.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in R&D engineering or related field (agriculture equipment/instrumentation).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Agriculture/Instrumentation).
  
• Strong understanding of new product development processes including process development, product design, and product strategy.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
