Product Manager (PMT)

Job Description

1. To design and implement various brand promotion activities for the Product range, in line with the objectives & budgetary allocations of the Company.
2. To prepare, edit and finalize the technical write up / presentations for visual aids and other promotional activities.
3. To conduct/ attend/ give lectures & demonstrations in various promotional events approved by the Management like Seminars, CMEs etc.
4. To train and guide the Sales team regarding Brand promotion activities planned by the Company.
5. To monitor the Sales team for effective execution of the promotional activities.
6. To Collate and analyze the data received from the field force and the sales figures.
7. To identify and report the trends and competitor's activities in the market to the top Management periodically.heir respective areas.

Required Candidate profile

1. The candidate must be from around Panchkula or ready to relocate to Panchkula or nearby.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Representative or PMT / Product Executive in a Pharma Company.
3. Ready to travel extensively all over India.
4. Flair for pursuing a career in Marketing.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
6. Good knowledge of preparing brand promotion, marketing strategy, brand positioning, budgeting etc.
7. Hands on experience in Product training.
