Position Overview:
Mochiko Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager with expertise in the Footwear Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for various roles across the organization, ensuring that Mochiko attracts and hires top talent to support its growth and business objectives. This is a key leadership role within the HR team, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping the organization's talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions at various levels, from junior to senior management.
- Maintain a pipeline of top talent and proactively engage with potential candidates.
- Leverage various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry research to stay ahead of trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from screening to offer stage.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants specializing in real estate hiring.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments to understand and meet hiring needs effectively.
- Participate in employer branding activities and initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the Manufacturing Sector, preferably from Footwear industry.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for various roles within the Organisation.
- Strong knowledge of the Footwear industry's recruitment trends and practices.
- Experience in working with recruitment consultants or agencies specializing in Footwear sector hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume hiring while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PG in Human Resource Management
- Experience working in a similar role within a large, well-established Footwear Manufacturing company or group.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
