Pattern Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to translate designs into functional product pieces through pattern development and grading.
  
• Analyze data from production runs to identify areas for improvement in cost control and process optimization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience as a Pattern Master or similar role in garment manufacturing industry.
  
• Diploma holder in Any Specialization; knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, embellishments preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Pattern Making software (Gerber AccuMark); ability to create accurate patterns from designs.
