Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader to Scrum teams, consistently applying Agile principles and practices to maximize team performance.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and priorities.

- Guide the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.

- Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure the smooth delivery of sprint goals and product deliverables.

- Build a safe, trusting, and collaborative environment to foster open communication and problem-solving.

- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to improve team velocity and delivery predictability.

- Advocate for Agile best practices, coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile frameworks and methodologies.

- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to align processes and share best practices across the organization.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based company.

- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices, with experience scaling Agile across multiple teams.

- Proven ability to manage and coach cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or other relevant Agile certifications is highly preferred.

- A proactive mindset with a focus on fostering team collaboration and delivering value to the end customer.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines in product development.

- Exposure to working with geographically distributed teams.
