Job Description

Mobius is looking for a sales head interested in working in a fast-paced environment to lead and leverage its digital capabilities and technical expertise to rapidly scale up back-office operations with its business process outsourcing services.


Key responsibilities:


  • Working experience with clients in the US, UK and European markets is a must.
  • Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies and achieving financial targets.
  • Responsible for achieving annual targets, developing partnerships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Accountable for exercising sound judgment and making clear decisions on project issues, managing customer relationships, high-performance delivery, providing leadership and guidance to direct reports.

Job requirements:


  • Grow the business and be one of the key drivers for the business.
  • Promote and drive organization-based initiatives like skill development, upskilling, etc.
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between divisions.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills.
  • Exposure to handling P&L responsibilities will be an added advantage.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Perform account management with existing accounts by engaging with the customers and growing the business.
  • Develop new markets and verticals.
  • Support and participate in all aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
  • Excellence in persuasive/ consultative selling techniques to develop customer understanding & create enthusiasm for Mobius services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Penetrate new accounts to overcome selling obstacles.
  • Proven repeatable ability to build new customer portfolios from scratch providing solutions and services.
  • Expert in Client Relationship Management, farming and upselling.
  • Experience in tactical sales strategies to promote business growth.
  • Excellent in managing aggressive timelines and targets.
  • Keeping well-informed of industry trends, recommending/sharing changes and trends seen in the field and meeting sales goals in targeted markets.
  • Participate in events to build brand proximity.

Professional attributes:


  • 15 - 25 years in the corporate sales and services environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with client needs.
  • Significant experience in a client service role and business management role.
  • Work experience in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in people management and leadership.
  • Capacity to train and guide team members.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
