JD of Project Associate

The Project Associate works closely with Project Coordinator to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the Project Aakar through a range of actions contributing to planning, management and monitoring of Project activities. The project associate is expected to contribute strongly to the projects performance and delivery goals.

The Project Associate will undertake the following activities/responsibilities:

• Ensure effective implementation of population stabilization project Aakar activities in the area of responsibility.
• Prepare MIS and reports on the projects
• Assess and ensure alignment of implemented activities with approved project proposals in terms of technical scope.
• Plan a visit schedule as per the activity timelines.
• Daily reporting from project coordinator.
• Coordination with Agencies in UP and Bihar i.e: PFI, Janini
• Visit to sites for briefing and action report as and when required
• Contribute to development of Project’s reports and analysis related to project activities.
• Contribute to establishment and maintenance of archive related to project’s activities.
• Coordinate work of service providers needed for implementation of activities.
• On ground monitoring and reporting to Program coordinator.
• Provide support to the Project’s communication and visibility activities.
• Support in International Conference on Sustainability Education activities
• Coordinate in Mobius Young Leaders Project in North east
• Perform other duties as may be reasonably required.
• Good in presentation skills and communication

Age : Below 40 Years

Qualification: Graduate/ PG preferably from social sciences background/MSW
