Senior Manager- Business Development

About the Role:

MobiKwik is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Merchant Offline General Trade operations. If you're passionate about driving growth, managing a high-performing team, and revolutionizing the merchant payments space, wed love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a large team of 150 Field Officers (FOS) and 10 Team Leads (TL) to achieve business objectives.
• Merchant Onboarding: Spearhead merchant acquisition across general trade markets in Pune and surrounding areas, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
• Payments Solutions Expertise: Drive deployment and adoption of MobiKwik payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC machines, and sound boxes, among merchants.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and enhance team performance, ensuring KPIs such as merchant activation, transaction volume, and retention are met.
• Training & Development: Equip the team with the right tools, knowledge, and strategies to excel in onboarding and maintaining merchant relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to align strategies and ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
