- The ideal candidate should be GIA certified and skilled in handling customer interactions through chat, calling, and email processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer support through chat, phone calls, and emails, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
US Market Expertise : Leverage your experience in the US market to understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations, delivering tailored solutions.
Diamond Jewelry Knowledge : Utilize your GIA certification and industry expertise to assist customers with inquiries related to diamond jewelry, providing accurate information and advice.
Order Management : Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Process Improvement : Identify common customer concerns and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in customer support within the US market, specifically in the diamond jewelry industry.
Certification : GIA certification is mandatory.
Skills : Proficiency in chat, calling, and email processes. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Shift Availability : Must be willing to work night shifts according to US timings.
Education : A degree in a related field is preferred, along with GIA certification.
