Hiring for HRBP for Manufacturing Company
Location- Delhi
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives in the steel manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, managing employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning and optimization.
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations in the steel industry.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Identify talent gaps and workforce needs, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet operational demands.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Partner with learning & development teams to implement training programs tailored to the industry's needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to employee relations.
Performance Management & Organizational Development:
- Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Support leadership in enhancing employee engagement and motivation.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to reward and recognition programs.
HR Operations & Process Improvement:
- Optimize HR processes and leverage HR technology for efficient operations.
- Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate communication between HR and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the steel, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industrial environment
