Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals and ensuring workforce readiness for growth objectives.
- Drive initiatives like succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Oversee and support recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of critical and niche roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly.
Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
- Lead employee engagement programs, including R&R initiatives, employee feedback mechanisms, and cultural development.
- Actively contribute to designing and implementing the company's culture book to reinforce organizational values and behaviors.
Performance Management and HR Operations:
- Oversee the implementation of robust performance management systems, ensuring timely reviews and developmental feedback.
- Drive initiatives to capture and improve onboarding experiences, integrating them into HR systems like ZOHO.
- Support the HR team in grievance handling and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Process Improvement and Digitalization:
- Enhance HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, through automation and data-driven insights.
- Implement HR digitalization projects to improve team efficiency and employee experience.
Learning and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and work with functional heads to develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational needs.
- Promote continuous learning to upskill employees for future business challenges.
Team Leadership and HR Team Management:
- Mentor and guide the HR team, aligning their efforts with business priorities.
- Conduct regular team reviews to ensure the HR team delivers on key metrics and remains motivated.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR operations, talent management, and HR business partnering roles.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR systems (preferably ZOHO) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
