SAP Basis Lead - S/4 HANA & ECC Modules (8-13 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable SAP S/4HANA infrastructure.

- Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA migration strategies.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP HEC.

- Expertise in cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud architectures.

- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing SAP environments (S/4HANA, Fiori, NetWeaver).

- Strong skills in SAP system performance tuning and monitoring.

- Knowledge of security policies, compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX), and SAP security architecture.

- Experience with SAP role management, authentication, and authorization processes.

- Strong team leadership and mentorship capabilities, particularly with SAP Basis administrators.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors).

- Familiarity with SAP integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, and API Management.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, or third-party monitoring solutions.

- Ability to implement and analyze SAP system performance, security, and compliance reports.

- Experience in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Data Intelligence, and other innovative SAP technologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation in SAP environments.
