Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Develop and implement a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.

- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capitalize on them.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to continuously refine the product strategy.

Product Development:

- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop products that meet market demands.

- Prioritize product features and requirements based on business impact and customer needs.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the product team.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate product strategies, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including executives and board members.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries, both internally and externally.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor product performance metrics, including P&L, and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial targets.

Customer Focus:

- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating these into actionable product improvements.

- Ensure the product offering is compelling and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Innovation & Improvement:

- Drive continuous product innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Implement best practices in product management and continually refine processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
