Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)

Regional Sales Manager | Manufacturing | Hyderabad | CTC 33LPA

Job Responsibility:

- Deliver Hexagon Performance for the Assigned Area through available Resources (Sales, Outstanding, Rotation, Discounts, Range & Reach).

- Create Annual, Quarter and monthly business plans (Sales, Business Development KRAs) at area and territory level and ensure accomplishment of task.

- Ensure People development agenda (Plan and Delivery) using Individual Growth Plan Tool for each team member.

- Ensure correct and timely implementation of In Out Up Rotate, Performance Management System, Performance Improvement Plan, Individual Growth Plan, Training Awareness Best Practices Learning & Exposure; Joint DO & DEMONSTRATE.

- Ensure joint market visits with Sales teams to cover key/main geographies and customer types in reasonable and frequent manner.

- Provide market feedback to HO and relevant functions.

- Conduct regular and detailed review of team members for both business and people goals for short and long term agendas.

Requirement:

- Demonstrated experience of handling very large number of Direct dealers.

- Preferably from building materials industry.

- Exhaustive touring profile 12-15 days minimum.

- Age 35 - 40 years.
