- Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance operations and streamline processes across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters, ensuring a positive work environment and handling disputes, union issues, and court matters effectively.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including labor laws and contract labor management, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on regulatory changes.
- Operations Support: Collaborate with operations teams on maintenance, quality, and cost control initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Workforce Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the workforce, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring smooth factory operations.
- Administration: Handle administration, security, safety, and overall maintenance of the facility.
- Audit Management: Responsible for managing and preparing for factory audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR function within manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in labor laws, statutory compliances, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management and Quality Control is a plus
