- Deep expertise in IT and digital strategy, particularly in areas such as Enterprise Applications (e.g., SAP), cloud technologies, Data & Advanced Intelligence, IT security, and Automation solutions.

- Ability to "join the dots" across enterprise systems, business models, and technology stacks to create a holistic transformation approach.

- Strong comprehension of business value drivers, functional capabilities, and associated technological requirements.

- Experience in technology roadmaps, investment planning, and enterprise architecture principles.

- Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach to technology strategy and execution.

- Proven ability to engage clients during the early sales cycle for large transformation projects.

- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passionate about driving innovation and achieving outstanding results.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with professionals at all levels.

- Strong work ethic and a proactive self-starter mentality.

- Industry experience of HLS , Retail or Manufacturing will be added advantage.

- This role may involve a significant amount of travel (Approx ~20 to 40%)

- Developing comprehensive technology strategies that include enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, value case formulation, IT shared services strategy, and process transformation, among others

- Creating IT transformation programs for enhance existing systems or deploying completely new platforms or technology.

- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering to understand enterprise challenges and shape technology strategies aligned with business goals.

- Provide buy vs. build recommendations and define platform strategies that optimize business value and total cost of ownership (TCO).

- Guide customers in navigating emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT, Digital Twins, Automation, Industry 4.0, Composable Architecture) in the context of their industry and enterprise landscape.

- Expertise in evaluating IT systems, architecture, and roadmaps, as well as licensing agreements, to advise clients on cost optimization and enhancing business value from IT investments.

- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Advise clients and internal teams on opportunities for new solutions and innovation for improved business outcomes.

- Lead enterprise architecture discussions, ensuring seamless integration of ERP (SAP), Data & Analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.
