Collection Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of collection executives to collect outstanding dues.

- Set and monitor individual and team collection targets to ensure that they are achieved on a regular basis.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and productivity.

- Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned. Track and control the delinquency by bucket wise and DPD wise.

- Develop and implement collection strategies and processes, in collaboration with the credit and risk management teams, to ensure timely collection of dues and minimize delinquency rates.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that collection efforts are coordinated and effective.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communicating with management on the status of outstanding dues.

- Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks.

- Effectively communicate and support the collection goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.

- Ensure that all collection efforts are consistent with company policies and guidelines, and that customer feedback is being collected and used to improve collection performance and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.

- Support Collection officers in legal and Police issues, whenever required.

- Ensure adoption of standardized MIS procedures.
