Location : Currently remote with a potential of hybrid work from office from Pune, Noida, Kolkata or Surat

Skills Required :

- Design custom JIRA workflow for different issue types.

- Must have done project co-ordination for Agile projects across SAP/Microsoft/ CRM and other technologies

- Have excellent verbal, written, and visual communication & interpersonal skills connect at the leadership level

- Command on the English language (both spoken, and written), knowledge of foreign languages is an added

- advantage

- Very good experience in preparing RFx/Solutioning documents

- Conversant in preparing WSR, Monthly Review and Steercom reports

- Have creative Problem-solving aptitude

- Be ready to take up any kind of task not specific to any domain

- Be proactive and self-motivated

- Be enthusiastic in learning new skills and be a strong team player

- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Effectively translates business requirements to functional and technical requirements

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

- Experience in Process & Productivity Improvement Methodologies
