About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Testing professional to join our team.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our PeopleSoft implementations.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and review development designs for testability.
- Execute manual and automated tests across various modules of PeopleSoft, including HCM, HCMI, FSCM, and CRM.
- Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain test data for testing scenarios.
- Track and document test results, defects, and progress in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like UiPath, Selenium, or other relevant tools.
- Automate repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Log and track defects in defect tracking tools (e.g, ALM, Jira, ClickUp).
- Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules (e.g, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).
- Familiarity with other HR systems like Betterworks, Docebo, and Eightfold is a plus.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks.
- Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Effectively communicate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate actively in agile development methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban).
Qualifications :
Essential :
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on PeopleSoft testing.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules and HR processes.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
