PR & Corporate Communication Lead - IPO Experience

External Communication:

- Work closely with the PR agency to increase overall visibility of the company, only through 'earned media' channels, i.e. no advertisements.

- Implement effective strategies to enhance overall brand awareness.

- Oversee audience segregation & disseminate relevant information to key stakeholders, pertaining to the media channel & the demographic it reaches.

- Support change management; recommending, writing & communicating effective change throughout the organisation.

- Introduce, cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals to identify & arrange profiling platforms like interviews, panel discussions, speakership opportunities, networking events, etc.

Internal Communication :

- Develop a centralised, organisation-wide internal communication platform which will act as a focal point of all communication activities within the organisation.

- Oversee content creation & delivery (whether in-house or via agency) for leadership presentations, speeches, website, media releases, employee mailers, newsletter etc.

- Work with the HR function to develop internal branding activities & propagate the same to all other functions.

- Attend conferences, meetings, conventions, in order to stay current on market trends and new research in fertility solutions.

- Demonstrable experience in a pertinent managerial position, preferably in Marketing domain.

- Excellent understanding of latest PR & Marketing concepts & best practices - market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing PR campaigns, marketing database, mailers

- Highly creative with experience in identifying media platforms to project company leadership in relevant channels

- Experience with creatively seeking out & building relationships with PR/media contacts; existing PR/media contacts is a plus

- Strong collaborative ability to sustain relationships across functions and levels & ensure seamless integration & execution of PR/communication plans.

- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness & compliance standards & policies
