Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Automation

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in automation testing and a solid background in TypeScript, JavaScript, and AWS pipeline. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing automated test solutions for high-quality software. Work experience of any test automation is an mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using TypeScript OR JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to create robust automation suites for both frontend and backend systems.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in AWS, ensuring seamless integration of automated tests in the deployment process.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software defects, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security aspects of automation frameworks and scripts.
• Implement test data management strategies for effective automation test execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as an SDET, with strong expertise in automation testing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript Or JavaScript for test automation development.
• Experience in building and managing AWS CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with any automation tool like Playwright OR Selenium OR Cypress OR Testim OR Testrigor is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, test methodologies, and QA processes.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and build tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills (Nice to have):

• Knowledge of Browser Stack
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
