Job Summary:
The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring that food products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all quality standards. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to food safety and quality control regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Coordinate daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met within the set timelines. Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular checks to ensure food safety protocols are being followed.
• Inventory Management: Oversee raw material inventory, ensuring that production levels align with available resources. Work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise production staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and follow company procedures. Manage shift schedules and resolve any personnel-related issues.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and proper handling of equipment and ingredients. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Address any issues that arise during production, whether related to machinery, staff, or raw materials.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the production process, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production volumes, downtime, raw material usage, and any incidents. Report any variances to the production manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments to ensure continuous improvement and operational success.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in food production or manufacturing, with a focus on operational management.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with production management software and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred:

• Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices.
