Associate Treasury Analyst/Treasury Analyst

The Cash and Banking Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing Mitels financial activity and cash management, maintaining efficient bank structure, support for bank guarantees, intercompany transactions, global risk management and insurance arrangements, overall payments of the company (Payroll, Taxes, Pension, and general AP), preparation of Treasury reports and general Treasury administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Funding of bank accounts and Inter company transfers

• Release payments, transfers, wires within banks

• Purchase and conversion of currencies

• Cash and expenses reporting, bank reconciliations

• Configuration of cash reporting tool (Reval)

Requirements:

• University Degree in business/finance/commerce or a related field

• 2+ years of related experience in treasury functions

• Global experience with multiple business units highly desired

• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (Formula, lookup functions and financial modeling)

• CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, CFA designation, or pursuing designation is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Organization skills and ability to multi-task effectively

• Experience with SAP an asset

• Previous Banking experience ( Releasing payments, IC transfers, Funding)

• Cash monitoring, analysis and Forecasting experience

• Currency Conversion

• Bank reconciliation

• Hedging experience
