Analyst - Treasury & Payable

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analyst for Treasury and Payable to work extensively with AP Head and Treasury head towards analysing, data processing, accounting and data reporting. He/She will have a variety of responsibilities. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing data: Analyzing financial and operational data to gain insights for decision-making
• Managing cash flow: Preparing cash positions daily, organizing cash flow predictions, and producing consolidated cash flow reports
• Reconciling: Reconciling transactions, reconciling the prior day's actuals to requests, and investigating variances
• Preparing reports: Preparing reports for senior management, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Making recommendations: Making recommendations to management based on findings
• Conducting research: Conducting research to get business and economic information that impacts a business's performance
• Partnering with the accounting team: Partnering with the accounting team during the close process

Required Competencies

Work Experience & Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with Accounting or a related field with 3-4 years experience / Freshly qualified CA, preferably in the internet or technology industry.
