Job Title Sr. Executive/Executive Career Services

2. Job Purpose
To facilitate and guide the students in achieving their best career objectives.
3. Key Accountability
Strategic - Support in execution of CIAP strategies Operational
• Interacting with company professionals during recruitment process and conduct placement
activities smoothly.
• Infrastructure booking as per companys requirement for the Campus Recruitment process
(Interviews / Online Test) and providing assistance to the Company.
• To send invitation mails to industries for campus recruitment
• To send notices to students about the campus recruitment processes.
• Collating the registrations of the students and sending it to the reporting authority for further
necessary actions.
• To maintain complete information of students appearing for placement activities, and
updating it continuously on Placement Portal.
• Maintenance of Documentation / Records as per standard formats of NBA, NAAC, ISO, etc
• Meeting students committee time to time for their support for campus recruitment process.
• Interacting with the departmental Placement coordinators for communicating regarding on-
line test, Internship, competitions etc.
• To take feedback from industry to improve the quality of our students and processes.
• After selections of students, coordinate with the Companies regarding offer letter date of
joining of students & other joining formalities.
• Counselling students for complaints and grievance procedures. Research Development
• Staying abreast of developments in the areas of career services

This requirement is for Division 2

1. School of Design ( Candidates with Engineering Placements are highly preferred)

2. School of Law ( Candidates with either BA LLB/ BBA LLB are highly preferred)
