Job Description

  1. Responsible to implement, monitor and manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.
  2. To report to Top Management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement
  3. To coordinate with HOD s, GMs, Managers in order to implement quality system in compliance with Quality certifications and Accreditations.
  4. To prepare Documentation and to coordinate Training programmers and to implement Quality Systems in compliance with Quality certification and Accreditation.
  5. To identify the training requirement regarding Quality certification and Accreditation and to coordinate training programmes to the employees.
  6. To develop Policy and Procedures in compliance with Accreditation, in consultation with relevant HODs.
  7. To guide department to collect data and to use in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
  8. To develop and modify the Organization Dashboard appropriate to Continuous Quality Improvement Programme.
  9. To facilitate process improvement, quality improvement.
  10. To carry out surveys, process monitoring in order to focus upon continual improvement.
  11. To monitor Clinical and Non-Clinical Quality Indicators and report to Top management wherever appropriate
  12. To track recommendations for corrections of identified deficiencies.
  13. To carry out regular Internal Audit, Quality Checks, Analysis of data in order to implement the quality systems.
  14. To assess state of readiness of hospital for Quality certification / Accreditation surveys
  15. To act as a liaison between organization and Quality certification and Accreditation bodies like NABL, and NABH. .
  16. Responsible for developing and implementing standardized policy and process.
  17. Responsible for Coordinating with the Consultants in developing and documenting the Quality Management Systems in the form of Manuals, departmental procedures and work instructions.
  18. Ensure adherence to NABH standards and other relevant quality standards in all processes.
  19. To conduct meetings, training for employees to streamline NABH process.
  20. To provide the hospital staff all the training related to quality accreditation and certification
  21. To train the hospital staff for NABH/NABL/JCI standards (latest edition standards)
  22. To assist the hospital in conducting mock drills & mock assessments.
  23. To conduct and coordinate committee meetings on monthly basis
  24. To regularly call patients on getting first-hand information of treatment and hospitality services
  25. To monitor & recommend patient satisfaction score.
  26. To initiate quality improvement program.
  27. Any other task assigned by Management.

Qualification: BAMS, BHMS or BDS with MBA in Hospital Management

Experience: 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience
