Key Responsibilities:

• Placement Activities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute placement drives for B.Tech and MBA students, aiming for maximum participation and successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top corporates, recruiters, and industry professionals to bring in placement opportunities for students.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, assisting them throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report placement statistics, success rates, and feedback from recruiters to improve future placement drives.

• Training and Development:
• Design and implement training programs for B.Tech and MBA students to enhance their soft skills, technical skills, and industry-relevant knowledge.
• Collaborate with academic departments and external experts to deliver guest lectures, workshops, and training sessions on industry trends, interview techniques, and career development.
• Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions to prepare students for the recruitment process.

• Career Counseling:
• Provide one-on-one career counseling and guidance to students, helping them identify their career goals and prepare personalized action plans.
• Advise students on the right career paths based on their skills, interests, and market trends in the tech and management sectors.

• Industry Relations:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with companies, HR professionals, and alumni to enhance placement opportunities.

• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of placements, student profiles, employer feedback, and placement trends.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• A Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

• Experience:
• 4-9 years of experience in training and placement, with a proven track record in placing B.Tech and MBA students.
• Prior experience in a similar role in a reputed academic institution or corporate HR environment is highly desirable.
