Finance Executive

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee employee travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
• Support the finance team in audits by providing necessary financial documents and reports.
• Review and monitor financial transactions for discrepancies and provide resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies in all financial transactions.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
