Job Description

Job Profile:
• Identifying and developing new business government opportunities in the areas of Enterprise level Solutions, IT Products and customized applications, website development, digital marketing, and mobile app development in Uttar Pradesh Government.
• Building associations/ partners and doing cold calling For Govt. sector organizations in the U.P.
• Coordination with Government agencies and arrange meetings.
• Engaging with clients to understand their Govt. Organization  needs and proposing relevant solutions.
•  Data Collection, Calling, Generating Leads, handling complete sales process and doing regular meetings.
• Responsible for Client meeting, Giving Presentation, Product Demonstration, Making Proposals, & Negotiation
• Developing and presenting proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Must be a any other degree in IT/ MBA
• Experience in IT Services (Web Development, Mobile Apps and Digital Marketing Projects) &  IT Product.
• Preferable candidate from Lucknow
• Preferable strong technical background.  Should be a self and quick learner.
• Ready for travel for client meetings
•  Experience to work with the Private/Government sector for calls and association and generating opportunities and business.
• Candidates should have excellent Communications skills.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
• An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Experience or knowledge in writing Proposals, preparing presentations and giving demonstrations for Web and Mobile App Development services.
• Should have the ability to convince the client.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
• Must be Presentable with excellent Communication
• Being enthusiastic, ambitious and confident
