Job Description
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain environmental control programs, including air, water, and surface sampling, within the production facility.
- Maintain and update microbiological quality control documentation, ensuring accuracy in test results and corrective actions.
- Identify and report microbial contamination issues, working closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Develop, revise, and maintain microbiological testing SOPs and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to microbiological testing in personal care product manufacturing.
- Prepare detailed reports on microbiological testing results, trends, and deviations, and present findings to management.
Requirements- 35 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in quality control for personal care or pharmaceutical products.
- Bacheloror Masterdegree (B.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc.) in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of microbiological techniques, sterilization methods, and contamination control strategies.
- Proficiency in using microbiological testing equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards for microbiological testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with microbiological risk assessment and environmental monitoring in manufacturing processes.
- 35 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in quality control for personal care or pharmaceutical products.
