Key Responsibilities :

Database Design :

- Design and develop scalable database structures and schemas for large-scale MySQL implementations.

- Recognize possibilities to improve performance in SQL operations and implementations.

Query Optimization :

- Write and fine-tune complex SQL queries to achieve peak performance.

Data Processing :

- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow and processing.

Performance Tuning :

- Monitor and optimize database performance by managing indexing and query optimization.

Integration :

- Collaborate with developers and engineers to integrate MySQL databases seamlessly with applications.

Upgrades and Migrations :

- Oversee database migrations, updates, and upgrades with minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

Data Security and Compliance :

- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to relevant data protection regulations.

Documentation and Standards :

- Create comprehensive documentation and contribute to setting best practices for MySQL development and management.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for high-volume data environments.

- Deep understanding of database design and architecture for large-scale systems.

- Familiarity with MySQL storage engines like InnoDB and MyISAM.

- Knowledge of MySQLs physical and logical architecture.

- Should have hands-on experience with Mysql 8.0 and above.

- Should have knowledge about data archival and its process.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
