Role : DevOps Architect (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform)8+ Years.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a DevSecOps Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.), Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, CI/CD, and security automation.

This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to architect robust DevSecOps strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive security, automation, and cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement secure AWS cloud environments, leveraging best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.

- Develop and enforce DevSecOps strategies, integrating security at every stage of the development lifecycle.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery using tools like Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline.

- Lead the deployment, scaling, and management of Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for containerized applications.

- Define and implement security policies, ensuring automated security testing, compliance monitoring, and threat mitigation.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts (Python, Bash) for operational efficiency.

- Establish Git best practices, including branching strategies, repository management, and code review workflows.

- Implement and optimize monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch.

- Collaborate with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to align infrastructure and DevSecOps strategies with business goals.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on DevSecOps best practices.

- Continuously assess and improve the cloud security posture and infrastructure reliability.

- Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, processes, and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a DevSecOps Architect or Lead Engineer in cloud environments.

- Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.

- Strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration strategies.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

- Strong security expertise, including automated security testing, compliance enforcement, and IAM best practices.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation and infrastructure management.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex cloud environments.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with security tools such as Snyk, Aqua Security, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud.

- Knowledge of zero-trust security models, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).

Relevant certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), CISSP.
